The Franklin Method ball set is designed to comfortably massage even the most sensitive user. The smooth surface provides deep muscle penetration without aggravating soft tissue. Each ball measures approximately 3.75" in diameter and is sold as a pair. A needle pump (sold separately) is required to adjust the inflation level and firmness.
